Abstract

Professional commitment among special school teachers is a cornerstone for the successful fulfillment of special needs education rights. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of Personal Value, Organizational Culture, and Self-Efficacy on Teachers' Professional Commitment. This quantitative research was conducted across special schools in South Tangerang, involving 100 teacher respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data were gathered through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS software. The simultaneous test (F-test) results indicate that Personal Value, Organizational Culture, and Self-Efficacy collectively exert a positive and significant effect on teachers' professional commitment F-value= 44.92 > F-table=2.70, yielding a model predictive power R-square of 58.4%.
