Author Guidelines

The article must be written in accordance with the regulations and format specified by the SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL OF REFLECTION: Economic, Accounting, Management, & Business. Authors are encouraged to utilize the provided article template [INDONESIAN TEMPLATE or ENGLISH TEMPLATE]. For a detailed understanding, please refer to the following explanations:
1. The article has not been previously published by any other journal or media, is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere, and does not contain any elements of plagiarism with a maximum limit of 20%.
2. The author is not allowed to submit the same article to other media during the process, unless the author has withdrawn the article previously and obtained written approval from the editor.
3. The article consists of research findings, project work, and/or scientific activities.
4. The manuscript should be within the scope and focus on this journal subject.
5. The manuscript is typed using Microsoft Word with the following formatting: a) paper size: A4; b) margins: 3 cm on all sides; c) font: times new roman, size 12 pt; d) line spacing: 1,5; e) tab or indentation: 1 cm or 4 spaces; f) page numbering: centered at the bottom; header and footer spacing: 1,25 cm.
6. The maximum number of pages is 16, including the bibliography.
7. The manuscript can be written in either Indonesian or English.
8. Writing a bibliography using the APA (American Psychological Association) style through the Mendeley or Zotero application.
9. Article not obeying the writing rules will be rejected and the author must follow the writing rules if he wants to resubmit the article.
10. Article will be handed to the editor to be further reviewed when it is suitable with the writing rules.
11. The author is willing to revise the article if necessary and adheres to the time constraints provided by the editorial team.
12. The article content is entirely author responsibility, and editor has a privilege to edit the article without changing the essence of the study.
13. The structure of article writing consists of:
TITTLE
Specific and interesting title, written either in Indonesian or English (Times New Roman 14, all Capital letters, 1 Space, Bold, Center).
Author Name (non-title, Times New Roman 12, Capitalize each word, Bold, 1 Space).
Author Affiliation
Contains the name of the institution/organization/workplace/author’s works/study place and Nations (Times New Roman 12, Capitalize each word, 1 Space).
Email (Times New Roman 12, Lowercase word, 1 Space).
ABSTRACT
The abstract is written in English and consists of the main problem, objectives, methods and research results (Times New Roman 12, Justify, 1 Space, Maximum 250 word).
Keywords
Keywords are written in english (Times New Roman 12, Capitalize each word, Bold, Justify, 1 Space, with a number of 3-5 keywords)
PROEM
In principle explain the phenomenon, both theoretically and empirically. (Indonesia or English Language, Times New Roman 12, 1.5 Space, 1 cm tab/ indentation, Justify).
THEORETIC
Basically, explain research variables, both theoretically and empirically (Argumentation). (Indonesia or English Language, Times New Roman 12, 1.5 Space, 1 cm tab/ indentation, Justify).
METHOD
Mention the methods used clearly (Objects, Populations, Samples, and Analysis Techniques). (Indonesia or English Language, Times New Roman 12, 1.5 Space, 1 cm tab/ indentation, Justify).
RESULT
Presenting research findings by providing scientific analysis and argumentation, while maintaining a logical thread and highlighting the novelty of the research outcomes.

CONCLUSION
Conclusion must answer the problem and purpose of the study. Conclusion is not in the form of a summary and not a repetition of findings and discussion. (Indonesia or English Language, Times New Roman 12, 1.5 Space, 1 cm tab/ indentation, Justify).
REFERENCES
References should come from 80% of original studies, result of the research, idea, and theory or concept which is published in the electronic journal or paper publication. References must be maximum ten years old for, except for classic references as historical data.
